Configuring Change Managers for a Category
This guide will walk you through the process of setting up change managers for a specific category in change requests.
Context
- Goal: Assign Change Managers to the "Networking" category.
- Prerequisite: The "Networking Change Managers" role has been created.
STEPS
- Launch the Service Desk application.
- Go to Configuration > Categories.
- Locate and select the category you wish to edit.
- Access the Default Values page.
- Assign the Responsible Role to the appropriate Change Managers role.
- Click Save for the category.
