Configuring Change Managers for a Category

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up change managers for a specific category in change requests.

Context

  • Goal: Assign Change Managers to the "Networking" category.
  • Prerequisite: The "Networking Change Managers" role has been created.

STEPS

  1. Launch the Service Desk application.
  2. Go to Configuration > Categories.
  3. Locate and select the category you wish to edit.
  4. Access the Default Values page.
  5. Assign the Responsible Role to the appropriate Change Managers role.
  6. Click Save for the category.
