When Are Demand Requesters Notified?

Currently, the Matrix42 standard remains unchanged, and no modifications have been made to the notifications. By default, demand requesters will receive notifications when:

  1. A ticket is created following the submission of the demand request.
  2. Emails are manually sent by the processing demand manager.
  3. The ticket is manually closed.
