When do changes occur in Matrix42?

Within Matrix42, various items are produced at distinct stages of the Demand Management process.

  1. Demand Request: Initiated by the Demand Requestor, this serves as an informational object.
  2. Ticket: This is generated only when a Demand Request is submitted to the Group IT.
  3. Tasks: These are formulated by the Demand Management to determine which expert teams should be approached to provide a rating for the Demand Request.
