Adding a new expert team for providing ratings

Within this guide you are going to learn, how to add a new expert team as selection option during the determination of teams providing ratings for a demand request.

Context

1. An expert team IT-Procurement is going to provide ratings in future runs through the demand management process.
2. The expert team works within Matrix42 and has a unique user role created for it.

STEPS

1. Open the Administration application of Matrix42
2. Navigate to adesso Einstellungen and open the settings
3. Select the Demand Management page and add a new Demand Processing Activity
   
4. Create a new Demand Processing Activity
   
5. Provide all required information and save
   
1. The service level agreement is referenced during the creation of the rating tasks.
2. The category determines in which category the rating tasks are created for the expert team.
3. The responsible role is used as recipient role during the creation of the rating tasks.
6. Save the configuration
