Demand Management - RootITUp Complete Assessment For Demand Request

This workflow realizes the transition from a demand request in the state assessment pending to a demand request in the state assessment completed. It performs the following operations :

1. Update the state to assessment completed
2. Add a journal entry about the completion of assertion to related activities (SPSActivityClassBase.ConfigurationItems, T(SPSActivityClassIncident).ID IS NOT NULL)
