Demand Management - RootITUp Complete Evaluation For Demand Request

This workflow realizes the transitions from a demand request in the state assessment completed to a demand request in the state evaluation pending and after completion to a demand request in the state decision pending. It performs the following operations :

1. Update the state to evaluation pending
2. Create the desired (Ud_ActivityCreationRuleClass) tasks for the demand request with a link to the demand request using SPSActivityClassBase.ConfigurationItems
3. Add a journal entry about the start of evaluation to related tickets (T(SPSActivityClassIncident).ID IS NOT NULL)
4. Wait for a completion of the created tasks
5. Update the state to decision pending
6. Add a journal entry about the completion of evaluation to related tickets
