Demand Management - RootITUp Forward Demand Request
This workflow realizes the state transition from a demand request in the state approved to a demand request in the state forwarded as project or forwarded as change. It performs the following operations :
- Update the state of the forward decision to pending
- Update the state of the forward decision to forwarded
In the current state no forward automation to a change or a project is implemented. This is going to be added in future versions. - Update the state of the demand request to
- forwarded as project if the target of the forward decision is a project
- forwarded as change if the target of the forward decision is a change
- Add a journal entry about the forwarding to related tickets (T(SPSActivityClassIncident).ID IS NOT NULL)
