Demand Management - RootITUp Forward Demand Request

This workflow realizes the state transition from a demand request in the state approved to a demand request in the state forwarded as project or forwarded as change. It performs the following operations :

  1. Update the state of the forward decision to pending
  2. Update the state of the forward decision to forwarded
    In the current state no forward automation to a change or a project is implemented. This is going to be added in future versions.
  3. Update the state of the demand request to
    1. forwarded as project if the target of the forward decision is a project
    2. forwarded as change if the target of the forward decision is a change
  4. Add a journal entry about the forwarding to related tickets (T(SPSActivityClassIncident).ID IS NOT NULL)
