How to Change the Matrix42 Procurement Workflow

We differentiate between a manual and an automated article. The manual article simply results in a ticket within Matrix42. The automated article is connected to S4Hana. This should therefore only be set, if the article is the result of the S4Hana article import.

Manual Article

To switch to a manual article, for example when there is a problem within the system sending data to S4Hana, simply select the Provisioning - adesso Group hardware selection workflow.

Automated Article

To enable an article to be transmitted towards S4Hana, simply select the fitting provisioning workflow like Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Common Processing workflow.
