How to Configure a Service as GWG

Within this guide you are going to learn how you can use set a service as GWG for ordering within SAP S4/Hana.

Context

  • We assume that the SAP S4/Hana article is synchronized into Matrix42
  • The Matrix42 service needs to use the Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Common Processing, Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Smartphone Processing or Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Welcome Day Laptop Processing workflow

STEPS

  1. Navigate into the Edit mode of the service
  2. Set the GWG checkbox to meet your requirements. Importantly, for the smartphone workflow (or any other workflow using the proxy workflow), all the children need to have the checkbox set as well.
