How to Configure a Specific Purchasing Group

Within this guide you are going to learn how you can use a specific purchasing group for ordering within SAP S4/Hana.

Context

  • We assume that the SAP S4/Hana article is synchronized into Matrix42
  • The Matrix42 service needs to use the Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Common Processing workflow

STEPS

  1. Navigate into the Edit mode of the service
  2. Set the Purchasing Group within the SAP view to meet your requirements.
