How to Implement Automatic Acceptance of Specific Bookings
At the current time the adesso SE requires some bookings to be automatically accepted.
- Bookings with services related to the Bechtle supplier. At the current time the accounting of the adesso SE has no valid process for checking invoices. To allow for the bulk of the invoices to be processed, an automatic acceptance (resulting in a goods receipt) is required.
- Bookings with services related to the Welcome Day.
Installation
To add the desired functionality, simply install the RootITUp.OrderManagement.AutomaticAcceptances configuration package into Matrix42. It requires an active S4Hana integration.
Configuration
After a successful installation, you have to configure the services which bookings are to be automatically accepted and configure an engine activation with the desired schedule.
- Start of by adding the automatic services. The fully automatic services are accepted directly upon provisioning. The automatic services with delivery are only accepted once the supplier issues a delivery confirmation into S4Hana.
- Next, add the engine activation.
- Within the engine activation add a new Start workflow action.
- Finally, configure the desired schedule.
- Optionally, run a manual activation using the Activate button.
