How to Synchronize S4Hana Products into Matrix42
The products managed within S4Hana can be imported into Matrix42 using a custom data provider included in the Matrix42.S4Hana.Collector configuration package.
Warning! Only S4Hana products with a product group starting by 30- are obtained during the synchronization.
Installation
Download and install the Matrix42.S4Hana.Collector configuration package. After a successful installation start by adding a new Generic Connector Configuration SAP to the SAP - Products data provider.
Connector Configuration

Name of the technical user to be used for the S4Hana API. An example would be TCC_S4_M42 | Password of the technical user specified within Account. | The endpoint of the S4Hana API. After configuring the data provider, run it once to assert its functionality.
Engine Activation
To perform a scheduled synchronization of S4Hana products into Matrix42, add an engine activation.
Locations
As the data provider also updates which products (services) are stored in which location. You have to configure the identifier used within S4Hana into the Matrix42 locations.
