Workflow stuck in Executing

Within this guide you are going to learn how to start workflows stuck in an Executing state.

Context

• After resuming a Matrix42 workflow it may get stuck in an Executing state. It is never going to continue its logic.

FIX

Unfortunately, at this time only the following steps seem to allow for any recovery.

1. Determine the worker the instance is running on.
2. Restart the worker.
3. Reanimate the crashed workflows resulting from the restart.
