Action - Booking Acceptance
This workflow is used for ensuring that after bookings are accepted within Matrix42, appropriate actions are taken within the order management process.
Workflow
- Booking Analysis: Initially, the workflow reviews each booking to identify if it is an external booking (deprecated concept).
- Registration Creation: For external bookings, the workflow ensures that a corresponding registration is created within the Matrix42 system.
- Initiating Acceptance Workflows: The workflow then triggers acceptance workflows for all linked registrations. This step is done simultaneously, without waiting for the completion of each individual acceptance workflow.
- Finalization: Once these steps are complete, the booking is officially marked as accepted in the Matrix42 system.
This procedure ensures that all necessary actions are efficiently carried out once a boking is accepted, maintaining a smooth and effective order management flow.
