Action - Order Acceptance

This workflow is used for ensuring that after orders are accepted within Matrix42, appropriate actions are taken within the order management process.

Workflow

1. Order Analysis: Initially, the workflow reviews each order to identify if it contains any external bookings.
2. Registration Creation: For orders with external bookings, the workflow ensures that a corresponding registration is created within the Matrix42 system.
3. Initiating Acceptance Workflows: The workflow then triggers acceptance workflows for all linked registrations. This step is done simultaneously, without waiting for the completion of each individual acceptance workflow.
4. Finalization: Once these steps are complete, the order is officially marked as accepted in the Matrix42 system.

This procedure ensures that all necessary actions are efficiently carried out once an order is accepted, maintaining a smooth and effective order management flow.
