Action - RootITUp Handle Common Booking User Interaction

This workflow introduces a single point of entry for handling user interactions within the Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Common Processing. These interactions include the provision of stock decisions, delivery or acceptance of basket items based on wizards (e.g. upon closure of tasks).

Workflow

The workflow iterates over all supplied tickets. For each ticket it

1. updates and protocols the stock decision for the ticket, if a valid value is supplied.
2. for external bookings, the workflow ensures that a corresponding registration is created within the Matrix42 system
3. determines the related registration (if given) and
1. runs the Action - RootITUp Deliver Basket Item workflow for the registration, if it is to be delivered.
2. runs the Action - RootITUp Accept Basket Item workflow for the registration, if it is to be accepted.
