Connector Import - RootITUp Import External Bookings

This workflow is primarily responsible for updating the external booking status (Ud_ExternalBookingStatus) within Matrix42 based on information gathered from the OrderManagementService.

Data COllector

The data collector workflow 'Data Collector - RootITUp Collect External Bookings' queries the OrderManagementService for all Matrix42 bookings, that are externally managed and not in a terminal state (not deregistered, not approval declined, not delivered).

DATA Import

Based on the package entries of type 'Ud_ExternalBooking' the import definition 'Order Management : Import External Booking Information' updates the booking information within Matrix42. It uses the BookingId (BookingNr.) as matching query.
