Engine Activations - RootITUp Automatic Acceptances
This workflow triggers an automatic acceptance of a Matrix42 booking. It does this for two types of configured services.
- Services to be automatically accepted, when a delivery is in progress
- Service to be automatically accepted, when provisioning is completed
Automatic Delivery Bookings
When a booking is being provisioned using the Provisioning - RootITUp Booking Processing workflow, it is registered and confirmed against the OrderManagementService. This results in a purchase requisition (and purchase order) within S4Hana.
The provisioning of the booking is finished for a purchase basket item, when the item is ordered. However, we only want to automatically accept the booking, when the supplier provided delivery information and the booking switched into the InDelivery status.
Automatic Bookings
After a booking is provisioned, we want to automatically accept it. We do not wait for any delivery status.
