What steps are included in the Printer Service?

The system manages one purchase order for each building. Should no SAP S4/Hana purchase order be known for a building, manual steps are required for creating the order within SAP S4/Hana and saving the information in Matrix42. The goal of the service is to automatically inform the supplier (GreenIT) about new items being requested while complying with the requirements for booking expenses (Limitbestellung).
